I will walk you through the real estate transaction process in Lower Mainland, to ensure you understand how everything comes together, and to answer all your questions as the transaction develops. When you are signing documentation in my office, I ensure that I allocate whatever time is necessary to review the documents, and explain the purpose of each. We especially make sure to take extra time with first-time home buyers, as we understand this is a new process for you and can be very intimidating – our job is to make sure you are not overwhelmed.

Financing Made Easy

Refinancing your home is another area where we can provide assistance, whether you are staying with the same financial institution or choosing to switch your mortgage to a new lender. We will handle all of the documentation from your lender and disburse the funds for the new mortgage in accordance with your direction.
